Additional $10 per level is chargeable if its not on lift level.

We advise customers to avoid using Pocketed spring mattress for this model as it has a slatted wooden base. This model is more suitable for the Bonnell spring mattress or Foam mattress type.
Product Care Instructions

Avoid contact with water.
Use a soft, damp cloth. Where needed, use a mild, alcohol-free soap that doesn't cause abrasion. Wipe dry with another cloth to remove residual moisture. Use a dehumidifier to prevent moulding.
Place furniture away from direct sunlight and areas with high humidity.
Do not stand on furniture.
 The product will be installed on-site. The installation time required is around 90 minutes.
