Delivery & Disposal Service Policy

Effective Date: 01/08/2025

At The Reject Shop Singapore, we offer affordable and reliable delivery and disposal services to ensure a smooth experience for all customers.


1. Delivery Charges

  • $40 flat rate for the first 1 to 3 items

  • $10 per additional item (starting from the 4th item)

  • $10 labour charge per item per floor applies if no direct lift access is available and items must be carried up via stairs


2. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday

  • Two available time slots:

    • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

    • 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM

  • Delivery timing is based on location and scheduled subject to availability


3. Delivery Terms

  • Please ensure someone is present to receive the items during the scheduled delivery window

  • Re-delivery due to missed appointment or incorrect address will incur additional charges

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed


4. Disposal Services

  • We offer optional furniture disposal at a rate of $40 per item

    • Example: disposing one 3-seater sofa = $40

  • Disposal service must be requested and confirmed at least 24 hours prior to delivery

  • Items for disposal must be prepared and accessible for removal at the point of delivery


5. Self-Collection Option

Customers may opt for self-collection at our showroom:

Please ensure you have arranged suitable transport and manpower for self-collection. We are not liable for any damage or loss once items leave our premises.
