Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Reject Shop Singapore, we specialise in clearance, last-piece, and showroom display furniture — which means all items are sold at heavily discounted prices and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


1. Final Sale Terms

All items sold are:

  • Strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Sold as-is, which may include minor cosmetic imperfections

  • Factory clearance stock or display pieces unless otherwise specified

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the condition and terms of sale for the item(s).


2. Defective or Damaged Items

We take care to inspect all items before dispatch or collection. In the rare event of a major manufacturing defect (not related to cosmetic issues or wear), please:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue via email: sales@therejectshop.sg

Our team will assess the case and determine whether a repair, partial refund, or exchange (if stock is available) is possible. We reserve the right to decline any claims submitted beyond the 48-hour window or for items sold with known/visible imperfections.


3. Delivery & Service Fees Are Non-Refundable

Delivery, labour, and disposal charges are non-refundable once services have been rendered. This includes:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient

  • Labour charges for stairs or awkward access

  • Agreed disposal services carried out


4. Self-Collection Responsibility

If you opt for self-collection, please inspect your items thoroughly before transport. We are not liable for damage caused during handling or transit by third-party movers or personal vehicles.
